We’re pleased to announce our partnership with innovative online accounting software company Xero. This means we can now offer our clients a New Zealand designed and developed accounting package that is really making a difference to small businesses like yours.
Xero’s point of difference is enabling the relationship between accountants and their clients through online collaboration, in real-time. You get to work on your books from the office, at home or on the road and we can also log on from anywhere, anytime you need us to.
Features such as daily bank feeds, one click reports, multiple users and automated bank reconciliation make your accounts up to date and easy to keep on top of.
Xero offers two options: standard Xero which includes integrated invoicing and accounts payable management and also the Accountants Edition which is a simpler version of Xero and suits small business owners that just need a cashbook. Being web based there is only ever one version of Xero meaning nothing to install or upgrade, no backups and monthly software upgrade making it flexible and evolving to meet the changing needs of accountants and customers.
