I most like to spend my weekends: hanging out with my daughter and husband, catching up with friends, chilling out and having fun
When I was younger I wanted to be: a school teacher.... until I found out how much study was involved.
The three things I would take on a desert island: a chef with plenty of fantastic ingredients, copious amounts of wine, one of my girlfriends to share it all with (if there was a fourth option – my GHD's – in case I happened to stumble across a power point on the desert island)
If I wasn't here I'd be: living the dream and seeing some of the world (after my winfall in lotto of course)
